Age Verification: t303 reserves the right to request KTP documentation at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending document review. Winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be forfeited.
To access the full range of t303 services, you must complete our registration process. By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information provided is true, current, and complete.
One Account per Person: Each player is permitted a maximum of one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — including accounts under a different name, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. t303 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any transaction conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as authorized by you. Immediately contact support at support@t303.cam if you suspect unauthorized access.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, t303 requires successful completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of your valid KTP and, in some cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled and funds returned to your Account balance.
Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines set out in Section 4 before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 8.
All financial transactions on the t303 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). t303 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to simultaneous opposite-side betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate confiscation of bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings, and potential account closure without prior notice.

If a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are demonstrably incorrect due to human or technical error ("palpable error"), t303 reserves the right to void the bet or re-settle it at the correct odds. Zero Tolerance: t303 operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and abuse. Accounts found in violation of these rules will be closed without prior warning, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to our senior management team by requesting an escalation through the same support channel.
11.2 Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal escalation process described above shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
t303 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email and prominently displayed on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
